Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria of GBZ23-2002 in acute carbon monoxide poisoning; 2. Met the diagnosis standard, the course in 6 hours of patients; 3. After the poisoning patients with disturbance of consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning, cerebral hernia; 2. Liver and kidney function previous severe abnormality; 3. Pregnant women, diabetes and mental patients; 4. The blood coagulation dysfunction; 5. Doctors believe that there are some cases not suitable for inclusion; 6. Not followed up.
