Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 General thoracic surgery patients were selected; ASA I-II, aged 18-70 years old, weighing 49-73 kg; Height 151-175 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long-term alcohol, opioid, or sedative; hypnotic drug addiction and dependency history, history of drug allergy, neuropsychiatric diseases.
