Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with hypersplenism diagnosis standard; 2. Age from 38 to 72 years, men and women not limited; 3. Child-pugh score of Liver function: A, B; 4. Hepatitis Type: HBV, HCV; 5. for family members or guardian or legal representative of a written informed consent; 6. Iodine allergy test show negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients do not meet the diagnostic hypersplenism; 2. have serious body disease, epilepsy, heart failure, severe cirrhosis, severe acute or chronic renal failure, sever diabetes, and other serious nervous system, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood system and other body disease; 3. Who are allergic to iodine; 4. Child-pugh score of Liver function: C
