Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age older than 75 years old; 2. diagnosed as stable angina; 3. Subjects must have signed an informed consent document indicating that they understand the purpose of and procedures required for the study and are willing to participate in the study; alcohol and tobacco were not allowed during the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Potential subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from participating in the study: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. who has recently undergone active pathological bleeding such as peptic ulcer or intracranial hemorrhage.
