18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with mixture indicator, within 15 minutes after traditional Milligan-Morgan operation; 2. 18-50 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have serious primary diseases like heart, liver, kidney or hemopoietic system, and transmitted diseases by blood or body fluids; 2. Pregnant woman or breast feeding women; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate to the doctor to finish the observation and questions correctly; 4. Patients who refused to use the analgesic therapy or sign the consent form.
