Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In order to be included in this trial,participants have to be: 1. diagnosed with CSA according to the diagnostic methods in protocol; 2. between 20 to 65-year-old; 3. free of immune dysfunction, genetic disorders, or severe cardiovascular diseases; 4. free from any kind of drugs or therapy before inclusion; 5. able to understand and accept all trial procedures and cooperate with clinical physicians'practices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with any one of the following conditions will be excluded from this trial: 1. pregnancy; 2. severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction;tumor; 3. any hematological, respiratory, or cardiovascular disease; 4. any psychiatric disorder; 5. severe nervous dysfunction; 6. cauda equina compression or other indications for spinal surgery; 7. any disorders that may confound the assessment of Chinese chiropractic therapy efficacy, such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or vestibular neuritis; 8. central vertigo; 9. ongoing antivertigo drug use; 10. have received other therapies for CSA before inclusion.
