Low protein rice and keto acid group:Low protein rice, keto acid and dietary protein intake 0.3g/kg/day

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Stage 3 to 5 CKD patients currently treated with regular medicine by professional doctor of nephrology; 3. Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate less than at least 60ml/min/1.73m^2; 6. Urinary protein excretion more than 2g/24h; 4. To be able to and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe edema; 2. Diabetes nephrology and nephrotic syndrome; 3. Pateints with acute or chronic infections; 4. Emergent stress state, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, etc; 5. BMI more than at least 28 kg/m^2 or BMI less than at least 14 kg/m^2; 6. Patients with Renal replacement Treatment.
