Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We will include 90 male patients with ASA physical status between I to III under 75 years old, BMI 18-28kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Within one month of preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy; Severe hypertension and the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors of such blood pressure medication; New York heart association (NYHA) levels II and II above;Ecg showed bradycardia or have serious heart rhythm disorders;Liver, kidney function, blood coagulation function was abnormal;Pre-existent fever; Long-term smoking, drinking, heart cerebrovascular disease, metabolic disease, autoimmune disease; Pre-existent respiratory diseases (such as asthma, pneumonia, capillary bronchitis, etc.); During anesthesia Sp02 remained at 95% above; Intraoperative blood loss estimated at more than 500 ml or intraoperative transfusion; Difficult to maintain stable hemodynamic scholars.
