Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Ranging in age from 18 to 75 years old, gender not limited; (2) Conform to the standard case diagnosis of chronic renal insufficiency; (3) Maintenance hemodialysis patients; (4) Liver function, electrocardiogram (ecg) is normal, routine blood: WBC more than 4*10^9/L or less than 10*10^9/L and platelet more than 60*10^12/L, hemoglobin more than 60g/L; (5) Voluntary participation and cooperation with physicians, signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Older than 75 years of age or younger than 18; (2) Do not accord with standard of chronic renal failure diagnosis; (3) With severe infections and poor control of heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, low blood pressure of patients, mental patients; (4) The liver function and abnormal electrocardiogram (ecg), blood routine: WBC more than 4*10^9/L or more than 10*10^9/L platelet less than 60*10^12/L, hemoglobin less than 60g/L; (5) Patients are reluctant to cooperate or not completed with researchers syndrome and the integrity of the information about the history of acquisition; (6) With severe drug allergy or blood dialyzer allergic reaction of the patients.
