Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 years of age or older, in accordance with the PACG diagnosis standard; 2. lens opacity of eyes; 3. the adhesion of anterior chamber angle was more than 1/2 circle under gonioscopy; 4. pathological excavation of optic disk and defect of field vision; 5. patients agreed to accept the program and signed informed consent; 6. without any contraindications of the surgery or anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. conjunctival scarring; 2. scar diathesis patients; 3. with rebellious infection from ocular surface; 4. IOP is more than 40mmHg after the use of ocular hypotensive agents; 5. axial length is less than 20mm (B ultrasound); 6. with heavy damage of heart, liver and kidney; heavy gastrointestinal disease; psychosis and diabetes; 7. patients with contraindication of glucocorticoid; 8. after laser operation because of glaucoma and other intraocular surgeries; 9. with secondary reasons: Len induced, neovascular and uveitis; 10. without the tolerance of the surgery and anesthesia.
