Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Comply with all of the following conditions can be selected: 1. Solid or solid nodules in the main; 2. The maximum diameter greater than 0.5cm nodules; 3. Nodules without other therapy (Such as: Radioactive iodine treatment, Therapeutic inhibition of TSH, Alcohol ablation therapy; 4. Whether the nodule size exist in one of the following conditions can be selected: (1) Nodules of significant growth less than 1 years of increasing the volume of more than 50%, or at least 2 diameter increased more than 20% (and more than 2 mm); (2) Patients have symptoms associated with nodules; (3) Convex obviously affect the appearance and require treatment nodules; (4) Overweight patients ideological concerns affect normal life and refused to clinical observation; (5) Autonomous functional nodules cause hyperthyroidism symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comply with any of the following article is ruled out: 1. Two thyroid operation; 2. Vocal cord function abnormal; 3. Severe coagulation disorder; 4. Serious heart and lung disease; 5. Refused to participate in the test or refused to sign the informed consent; 6. Intraoperative pathology of thyroid cancer, the need for cervical lymph node dissection; 7. Thyroid enlargement than III degree.
