16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged between 16 and 65, male or female; 2. Patient without surgery history of lumbar disc; 3. Patient involves in this study will not accept other modalities on lumbar disc disease during the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 16 and older than 65; 2. Patients without improvement after standard non-surgical therapy for 6 months; 3. Subjects have engaged in other clinical study in recent 3 months; 4. Patients suddenly suffered decreased myodynamia and with myodynamia less than III; 5. Subjects manifested with syndromes caused by cauda equine compression; 6. Patients possess indexes for surgery like prolapsed of lumbar disc; 7. Subjects underwent serious injury or surgery involving lumbar disc; 8. Pregnant women or willing to be conceived in short time; 9. Subjects with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer or gastrointestinal inflammation; 10. Patients complicated with defects in liver, kidney, cerebral vascular, hemopoietic system, endocrine system, neural system or with tuberculosis, vertebral deformity, malignant tumor, psychosis.
