Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, age older than 18yr; 2. Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma according to the Guideline of Primary Liver Cancer published by the Ministry of Health of P. R. China; 3. Stage is C according to the BCLC staging classification; 4. Performance status: Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) 0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received chemotherapy or radiotherapy or local therapies such as TACE, RF within 4 weeks; 2. Serum total bilirubin higher than 3 times of upper limit of normal value or ascites; 3. Serum creatinine higher than 2 times of upper limit of normal value; 4. Gastrointestinal hemorrhage within 4 weeks; 5. Have other malignant tumors; 6. Severe infection; 7. Pregnancy.
