Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal healthy, without any metabolism related diseases, such as impairment of nutrient digestion or metabolism, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, chronic renal disease, hepatitis, alcohol poisoning, cancer, etc.; without cardiovascular risk or family history of coronary heart disease (CHD); with normal plasma lipid and normal glucose regulation; 2. To be aged from 25 to 55 years old; 3. Body mass index (BMI) is from 18.5 to 27.9; 4. Complete the whole experiment; 5. Stable physical activity level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. With any chronic or acute diseases; 3. Instability, who go out frequently to other place and can not follow the whole experiment; 4. Daily work activity intensity and uncontrollable; 5. Obesity and malnutrition.
