Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient should conform to chronic hepatitis B standard that defined in the Guidance of Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B updated in 2010; Diagnositc standard of "zheng" differentiation for chronic hepatitis B according to Guiding principle of clinical research on new drugs of Chinese medicine; 2. age of 18-65 years; 3.not taking related medication within half of month; 4. voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged below 18 or above 65 years old; 2. Patients infected other types hepatitis virus at the same time; 3. Patients had autoimmune hepatitis or hepatitis caused by drug intoxication and ethylism; 4. Patients had been diagnosed with severe hepatitis, hepatic failure, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, serious primary disease in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, kidney, lung, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, and mental disease; 5. Patients were pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients were allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs.
