19 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) chronic renal failure (eGFR less than 5ml/min, GFR is calculated according to CKD-EPI formula); (2) age 18 to 65 years old, gender not limited; (3) regular peritoneal dialysis treatment longer than 1 month; (4) not combined treatment of hemodialysis; (5) have not use drugs of shenshuaining, niaoduqing, carbon adsorbent and probiotics, bismuth, antacids, antibiotic in past 1 month; (6) agree to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age younger than 18 years; (2) in active stage of autoimmune disorders, acute phase of local or systemic infection; (3) pregnancy and lactation women or planning to become pregnant; (4) long-term use of antibiotics; (5) any other reasons that cannot use drugs(probiotics, shenshuaining); (6) refused to sign a consent form; (7) patients with advanced tumors; (8) other conditions that investigators believe are not suitable for the patients to be enrolled.
