18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body mass index greater than 24 during early pregnant; (2) age 18 to 35 years old; (3) gestational age less than 14 weeks; (4) always without a history of gestational diabetes and macrosomia history of production.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) hypertension, kidney, cardiovascular, liver disease or diabetes before pregnant; (2) other endocrine diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome); (3) polycystic ovary; (4) threatened abortion or someone can't exercise couse of other obstetric complications.
