Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age from 60 to 90 years; (2) Patients corresponding to type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnostic criteria of ADA published in 2011, and have been diagnosed for at least 6 months; (3) Received clinical nutrition education (4) Be voluntary to participate the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hyperthyroidism; (2) Halignant tumor or other disease that may shorten the life-span; (3) Diabetes with serious complication; (4) Chronic illness with dysfunction of liver or kidney; (5) History of serious glycopenia; (6) Poor compliance patient (can not guarantee the completion of the intervention and referral visits during a month); (7) Mobility, can not referral visit regularly.
