Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the Bologna criteria of ESHRE consensus on the definition of diminished ovarian responders 2011; 2. tubal factor is the main indication of IVF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any factor affecting embryo implantation, such as: severe hydrosalpinx, uterine adhesion, myoma/adenomyosis adjacent to uterine cavity, unresponsive thin endometrium; 2. endometriosis; 3. intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
