20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery are 20-50years old; (2) the weight less than 75kg or BMI less than 30kg/m2;(3)without severe organ injuries;(4)without hypertension or diabetes;(5)without communication barrier;(6)withoutsevere nasal disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) body weight>75kg or body mass index (BMI) more than 30kg/m2; 2) Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, renal disorders; 3) Diabetes mellitus; 4)Serious mental deficits or communication barriers; 5) Known long-term treatment with analgesic or sedative drugs, 6) Bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 7) Level of patients' education lower than middle school, who might not be able to complete a questionnaire by themselves; 8) Severe nasal disease that may interfered with the absorption of drug.
