Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients who need dual-antiplatelet therapy of aspirin and clopidogrel; 2. age from 18-75 years old; 3. patients who signed informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who suffered from esophagitis, esophageal gastric varices;stomach operation history;longterm use of PPI,H2RA or misoprostol; anticoagulant and fibrinolytic therapy recently;pregnancy or breast-feeding women;with other serious diseases including liver, kidney, cardiovascular disease and malignant tumor; mental illness or severe neurosis; unable to express subjective symptoms.
