enteral nutrition group:feed enteral nutrition fluid through nasogastric tube
parenteral nutrition group:total parenteral nutrition through central venous catheter
supplemental parenteral nutrition group:use the combined nutritional feeding methods

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) between 18 to 65 years old, received pancreaticoduodenectomy; 2) NRS2002 less than 3; 3) the expected survival time after operation more than 6 months; 4) without severe cardiac or/and pulmonary dysfunction; 5) willing to comply with the study procedures, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) with severe cardiac or/and pulmonary dysfunction; 2) NRS2002 more than at least 3; 3) the expected survival time after operation less than 6 months; 4) refuse to join this research.
