Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: from premature birth to 28 days; 2. Newborns of gestational age less than 37 weeks; 3. The seventh edition of the Practical of Neonatology diagnosis standard of pathological jaundice: (1) Concentration of serum total bilirubin (TSB) more than at least 220.5 umol/L in full term, (TSB) more than 257 umol/L in preterm neonates; (2) The jaundice within 24 hours after birth; (3) Serum total bilirubin concentration increase more than 85.5umol/L (5mg/dl) every day or more than 8.5umol/L every hour; (4) Combining with the bilirubin more than 25.6 umol/L(1.5mg/dl); (5) Jaundice does not fade. Pathological jaundice can be considered in any item above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe immune deficiency; (2) Have a central venous catheter infusion; (3) Application of antifungal drugs during hospitalization; (4) Allergic to any medication; (5) Dropped out.
