18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age from 18-70; (2) positive reading for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg); (3) serum HBV DNA less 100 IU/mL; (4) the preoperative liver function was Child-Pugh Class A; (5) BCLC stage is either 0 or A; (6) Patients should sign the informed consent of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of serum antibodies against hepatitis C virus (HCV), hepatitis A virus, hepatitis D virus, or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); (2) patients who had recieved interferon,thymosin alpha, oral nucleotide drugs or other antiviral treatments; (3) preoperative serum ALT more than 40 IU/ml; (4) renal dysfunction (Cr more than 133umol/ml); (5) patients who had recieved other preoperative antineoplastic treatments; (6) have history of hepatic encephalopathy, refractory ascites and variceal bleeding; (7) Persons, in the opinion of investigator, are unsuitable to participate in the clinical trial.
