Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) met the DSM-IV-TR diagnostic criteria for OCD, using the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Axis I disorders (SCID-I); (2) Y-BOCS score more than 11 and HAMD score less than 18; (3) age between 20 and 45 years;right handedness; (4) Medication naive or medication free for at least 4 weeks prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. had history of neurological illness or other major physical diseases; 2. had history of Axis I psychiatric disorders other than obsessive-compulsive disorder; 3. had history of psycho-active substance use, alcohol dependence, and/or abuse; 4. had previous exposure to at least 12 sessions of CBTand being pregnant.
