40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 40 years and 70 years; 2. Mild or moderate knee osteoarthritis; 3. No bone or cartilage metabolic disease; 4. No history of knee trauma, meniscus and ligament damage; 5. No cardiovascular disease and diabetes; 6. Participants who had written informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking other anti-inflammatory drugs before the beginning of the study; 2. Allergic to sulfa drugs; 3. Participants with serious cardiac insufficiency or respiratory insufficiency; 4. Participants with liver and renal insufficiency; 5. Women during their pregnant and lactation period; 6. Inducing asthma, urticaria or other allergic reaction after using aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 7. Participants with active ulcer or hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract; 8. Participants with severe cognitive impairment, sensory aphasia and mental disorder who couldn't understand basic instructions; 9. Participants with other diseases seriously affected lower limb sensory or motor.
