18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 30 years old right-handed male healthy participants are included; (2) Subjects with regular diet; minimal alcohol, cigarettes, tea, and coffee; and normal sleep patterns (before 12 a.m.); (3) Normal body weight and height; (4) No acupuncture therapy or other relative treatment within the last 15 days prior to study entry; (5)Informed consent document has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of nervous system diseases; (2) Complications of severe systematic diseases such as cardiocerebrovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, or digestive system disease; (3) Rejection or fear of acupuncture intervention; (4) Using any types of acupuncture within the 15 days prior to study entry.
