18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must be conscious and have ischemic cerebrovascular stroke for the first time (confirmed by CT or MRI); 2. All patients provided fully informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have head injury or neurological disease other than stroke were excluded; 2. Included a prior diagnosis of another neurological disease, such as: unstable cardiac epilepsy, dysrhythmia, hyperglycaemia, fever, infection, and prior administration of tranquiliser; 3. We excluded patients who were unable to give informed consent because of severe aphasia, severe anaesthesia or cognitive deficit; 4. The presence of other contraindications; 5. Unable to complete the follow-up.
