40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 40 and 80 years; cerebral watershed infarction due to ipsilateral carotid artery stenosis; proximal internal carotid artery stenosis more than 70%; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score less than 15; feasibility of antiplatelet medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to complete CAS; unable of antiplatelet medications
