Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute ischemic stroke, 18 to 80 years of age; 2.An NIH Stroke Scale score less than 18 at the time the rt-PA was begun; 3.Intravenous rt-PA therapy must been initiated within 4.5h of onset of stroke symtomes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of stroke in the past 3 mo with severe disability; 2.Previous intracranial hemorrhage, neoplasm, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or arterial venous malformation; 3.Hypertension at time of treatment,systolic BP higher than 185mmHg or diastolic BP higher than 110mmHg; 4.Presumed septic embolus; 5.Recent (within 30d) surgery; 6.Recent (within 30d) trauma; 7.Recent(within 90d)severe head trauma; 8.Rencent (within 30d) or active systemic hemorrhage; 9.Oral anticoagulant therapy with INR more than 1.7; 10.Administered with heparin within 48h and with a abnormal APTT; 11.Platelets less than 100*10^9/L, glucose less than 2.7 mmol/L; 12.Pregnant; 13.Treated by endovascular therapy after failure of intravenous rt-PA; 14.Rejected by the patients or their family member.
