18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. Clinically diagnosed and verified by MRI,MRV andCT; 3. aged between 18years to 80years; 4. normal results of blood rutine test, hepatic andrenal function test, andcoagulation test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of intracranial hemorrhage on manifestation or CT; 2. Slight neurological deficits or coma or NIHSS more than 25; 3. Past history of intracranial hemorrhage, arteriovenous malformation or intracranial aneurysm,or trauma, surgery or active hemorrhage of internal organs; 4. Inclination of bleeding: PLT less than 100,100/mm3; accepted heparin therapy within 48 hours, APTT higher than normal upper limit, INR more than 1.5; 5. Blood pressure more than 180/100mmHg, Serum glucose less than 2.7mmol/Lor more than 22.2mmol/L; 6 . Complicated with severe hepatic, renal andother disease or other malignant tumor andsurvival less than 1 year; 7. Allergic to the contrast medium; 8. Without the informed consent signed.
