Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 22 to 45 years, anemia during pregnancy or bleeding postpartum, need blood transfusion treatment (Hb<80 g/L, or there are other clinical blood transfusion indications).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Maternal with autoimmune disease, autoantibody positive, or other autoimmune dysfunction diseases.
