Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-80; 2. Hemodialysis mode (three times a week and continued for more than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with warfarin treatment, known intestinal malabsorption and maglinant disease were exluded; life expectancy of <3 months and inability to provide informed consent were exclusion criteria.
