Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathology proven invasive breast cancer (T1-2, N0-2, M0); single palpable tumors less than 5 cm in diameter; the lesion boundaries visualised with color doppler ultrasound imaging, circumscribed at least more than 1.0 cm from skin or rib cage, and more than 2 cm from nipple.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with breast cancer were without coagulation disorders and myocardial disease, diabetes mellitus not controlled, or other complicated diseases. Patients vital signs were stable when admitted to the hospital.
