20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, according to the 1999 World Health Organization (WHO) criteria; 2. having ages between 18 to 75 years; 3. having fasting plasma glucose <16.7mmol/L and HbA1c <10%; 4. being able to walk and do not have to lie on bed because of the current disease; 5. having no bone fracture in recent half a year; 6. having cell-pones and good adherence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. daily movement being restricted; 2. having to lie on bed; 3. diseases having not been controlled (e.g., unstable angina, BP>200/100, infection); 4. having mental diseases; 5. having cancers, or receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 6.taking part in other research studies.
