Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent Ivor-Lewis surgery for esophageal cancer in our hospital between January and December 2013

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or psychiatric disorders were excluded.
