Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the diagnosis standard in Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2013 revised), including symptoms of COPD: dyspnea, chronic cough, chronic sputum production; history of exposure to risk factors; the presence of a postbronchodilator FEV1/FVC less than 70%, exclude other disease; 2. More than 18 years old, less than 90 years old, having the ability to motion independently; 3. Sympyoms are in stable stage. 4. Have been fully informed about the program,volunteered to participate in this research,and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other organic disease and mental disease patients, such as cardiovascular and blood disease, severe bone joint disease, etc. 2. Once doing sports, it will threaten the patients' life, such as severe pulmonary hypertension patients, exercise induced syncope patients, etc.
