Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.acute non-traumatic chest pain; 2. older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with late malignant tumors; 2.patients with liver and kidney function failure; 3.patients with severe hemorrhagic disease; 4.patients with chest pain caused by trauma; 5.patients in other clinical researchers.
