Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the two diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine; 2. between the ages of 18 to 60 years; 3. Disease duration 1 week to 24 weeks; 4. vertigo index should reach more than 7 points, VAS score of Fengchi acupoint should be more than 4 points; 5. signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. exclude other causes of vertigo (such as: Meniere disease, positional vertigo, central vertigo and traumatic vertigo, mental dizziness and so on); 2. with liver, heart, kidney, hematopoietic system, systemic infection or infectious diseases; 3. spinal dysplasia or congenital malformation; 4. severe osteoporosis, fractures, tumors, tuberculosis and other related diseases; 5. cervical spinal stenosis, cervical spinal space occupying lesions.
