Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus (contains parents, offspring, brothers and sisters)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected to be allergic to intervention products; 2. pregnancy, lactation, planning pregnancy during experiment or women of childbearing age not using proper contraceptive methods(sterilization, IUD, oral contraceptive or barrier contraception); 3. Antibiotics were received within 14 days of screening; 4. Acute coronary events or acute cerebrovascular events occurred within 90 days before random grouping; 5. Liver function lesion (liver function is 3 times higher than normal); 6. Renal function was impaired and defined to calculate the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 ml/min / 1.73 m2, according to the MDRM formula (4 variable version); 7. Mental disorders, unwilling or unable to properly understand or comply with the research procedures due to language barriers.
