Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade in patients undergoing elective general anesthesia; 2. aged 20 to 65 years old; 3. BMI 18-23kg/ m2; 4. preoperative cardiac function class I~II, normal liver and kidney function; 5. the estimated time of operation is 2-4 hours.;Inclusion criteria: 1.
