3 Years to 6 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than 5 years old; 2. Although initial diagnosis and always diagnosed with asthma but not yet according to the specification of asthma treatment; 3. Did not receive treatment such as inhaled corticosteroids, leukotriene receptor antagonists in two weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. nearly 2 weeks of oral or intravenous use of glucocorticoids or immune modulators; 2. associated with other autoimmune diseases such as tuberculosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis; 3. the incidence of 4 weeks had been suffering from infectious diseases, including upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia; 4. the function of heart and lung failure.
