Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain primary or metastatic tumors; 2. SRS history of intracranial lesions; 3. Pathological puncture or imaging diagnosis of brain radiation necrosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor recurrence, or not control lesion; 2. False progress after the treatment; 3. Activity period of hemorrhagic disease; 4. The digestive tract perforation, need medical treatment of wounds cracking; severe bleeding, nephrotic syndrome or hypertensive crisis and other contraindications to bevacizumab.
