Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects were recruited if they were 18 years or older, serologically negative for HBsAg and hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) at enrolment, and willing to adhere to the study protocol. HIV/AIDS patients: HIV/AIDS patients confirmed by lab testing; Hemodialysis patients:Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) on maintenance hemodialysis; Drug users at compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation centers:Having spent acute physiological detoxification phase, and continuing compulsory rehabilitation for at least 1.5 years; Methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) patients:stable MMT patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included being pregnant, any vaccination during the month preceding enrolment, intolerance or allergy to any component of the vaccine, unexplained fever in the week before enrolment, immunosuppressive or immunomodulating treatment in the last six months,ongoing opportunistic infection, hematological disorder, cancer, etc.
