7 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in first year of primary school; 2. No strabismus, amblyopia or other ocular diseases; 3. No systemic diseases which may affect the visual development process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to cooperate in ocular examination; (2) Having contraindications against atropin; (3) Having applied atopine or pirenzepine; (4) Allergic to atropin, cyclopentanone, proparacaine or benzalkonium chloride; (5) Unable to wearing the orthokeratology; (6) Unwilling to participate in this study; (7) Unable to complete the 2-year follow-up.
