Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age 30 weeks to 34 weeks; Body weight at birth is more than 1500g but less than 2500g; Vital signs are stable; Without serious complications; Family members allow preterm infants to participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With sever complications, for examples, neurological diseases, intraventricular hemorrhage, ventricular protein softening, etc; With congenital diseases such as congenital gastrointestinal malformations, congenital heart disease, chromosomal abnormalities, bronchial dysplasia, necrotic small intestine Colitis, severe asphyxia and infection; oral malformations, cleft lip, cleft palate, etc.
