Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing homes that have been accredited by the Department of Civil Affairs, Hunan Province; 2. Nursing homes that have RNs in each unit to lead quality improvement; 3. Nursing homes that are willing to participate in the project on a voluntary basis.;Inclusion criteria: 1.
