Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive competence MMSE at least 17; 2. To be able to communicate in Mandarin 3. aged 60 or over; 4. Frail older people ADLS3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: older people with a loss of hearing; aphasia or not being able to understand Mandarin Chinese; or those with psychiatric or cognitive problems.
