Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Villagers who live in the the selected villages and are able to participate the education programme
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with hearing impairment, psychiatric history or current diagnosis of psychiatric disorders as well as those under 18 years old
