60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 60-80 years old; 2. community-dwelling; 3. normal global cognition (scored 24 or more on MMSE); 4. normal activities of daily living; 5. education =9 years; 6. no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. scored 16 or more on CES-D; 2. presence of severe physical diseases (including heart disease, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, severe chronic lung disease, chronic kidney disease, and other diseases); 3. stroke or brain injury; 4. schedule conflict with the intervention program.
